Affiliates

This website supported by money made through affiliate links. Each time you click a link to either AliExpress or Amazon, you are supporting this website with no cost to you. I also offer non-affiliate links to everything I recommend in case you do not want to support this website.

Currently I only link to three affiliates. This could change in the future if I find another affiliate that offers any type of value.

I don’t expect you to take my word on the products that come from these affiliates. This is why I chose to fully review and test any product that I purchase from any of the affiliates listed below. I will not recommend a product I have not purchased and tested myself.

Current Affiliates

AliExpress

This is probably my favorite place to source parts and equipment as I feel AliExpress offers the best value per dollar; however, there are some downsides. For one, the company is Chinese based which could cause some moral issues with people who do not like Chinese products for various reasons. Also, being that the company is Chinese based, the delivery time on goods could be anywhere from a week to months. On top of this, some products can be hit with unexpected import duties. Wait time and moral issues aside, AliExpress is a great place to save some money and get valuable products.

Amazon

Amazon is not my first choice in affiliates, but in a time crunch they do offer value. I will generally include an Amazon link with an AliExpress link because Amazon typically has the exact same thing as AliExpress; however, Amazon is always more expensive. You can chalk this up to whatever you want, shipping, import duties, etc… but I can only recommend Amazon if you have the extra money and need a product fast.

eBay

eBay essentially lists items found on both AliExpressn and Amazon as well as used products. I don’t typically mess with used products or include them in costs because it’s not likely that you can find the same deal on a used product. However, I have noticed recently that U.S. eBay sellers are importing some of the products found on AliExpress and you can generally get them faster from eBay with minor mark ups in the price.
